1. Scope

The present conditions apply to all commerical transactions related to products and services between Provins Group and its customers. No other conditions will be recognized as valid unless they are drawn up in writing and signed by those authorized to do so.

2. Prices

Catalogue prices and prices published on the internet are not guaranteed for any period of time. The company reserves the right to adjust prices to match the listed price. The company reserves the right to modify its prices and product range. Any changes in price shall be applied immediately without prior notice. VAT will be indicated separately on the delivery note. Additional charges for packing and dispatch will apply. All goods and services provided, including transport, unloading and palettes are subject to VAT.

3. Payment

For private customers, Provins Group only accepts credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard). Shareholding members can pay by invoice. Payment terms 30 days net.



4. Delivery

4.1 Mode of delivery
Depending on the amount ordered there are two delivery options:
a) goods delivered by road
b) goods delivered by post and collected by customers.

4.2 Delivery zone
Deliveries are made in Switzerland only. For overseas deliveries, please contact our order processing department on +41 27 328 66 18 or by clicking here.

4.3 Delivery time
Goods are dispatched from Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding public holidays). We guarantee that all orders will be dispatched within four working days of receiving an order, subject to availability of stock.

4.4 Delayed or incomplete delivery
If the order is not delivered within the specified time, or if some items are missing compared with the delivery note supplied, contact our order processing department by telephone on +41 27 328 66 18 or by e-mail at vins@provins.ch and they will confirm whether the goods were dispatched or if some items are temporarily out of stock. The same contact details apply if the products that you receive are not those that you ordered.

Provins Group cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by transport problems. In case of delay, no costs, damages or interest will be paid.

5. Cost of postage

Customers are responsible for all postage and packing costs.

5.1 Postal tariffs

de 1 à 6 units: CHF 10.00
de 7 à 12 units: CHF 15.00
de 13 à 24 units: CHF 30.00
de 25 à 35 units: CHF 45.00
dès 36 units : No charge

6. Glass and packing

Pour les vins en bouteilles de circulation (100cl, 50cl, 25cl, 20cl) la consigne est facturée en sus (CHF 0.30 par verre).For wines in returnable bottles (1 litre, 500ml, 250ml, 200ml) the deposit is payable as an extra charge(CHF 0.30 per bottle).
Reinforced PTT cartons, gift packs and wood cases for large bottles will also be invoiced.
