The oenology pool of Provins is headed by Gérald Carrupt and comprises 5 oenologists, 9 cellarmen and 5 assistant cellarmen.
The production of specialist wines comes under Madeleine Gay's area of responsibility.
For his part, Luc Sermier handles the production of all the other Provins ranges, from monitoring in the laboratory through to bottling.
Damien Carruzzo, has been contributing to the creation of Provins’ specialities since 2003. DFrom autumn 2009, Damien Carruzzo will make the wines for Caves des Riondaz, a subsidiary of Provins, under his own signature.
In 2001, we appointed Samuel Panchard, who is responsible for the development of new products and for monitoring and providing advice on wine production.
