Madeleine Gay is an ETS engineer in viticulture and oenology who graduated from Changins in 1981. She has been working in oenology laboratories for five years and joined Provins this year.
Her job includes providing advice on grape varieties for replanting vineyards and developing growing contracts to encourage the planting of specialities while making sure the vine most suited to a given soil is chosen.
Her main responsibility is to monitor the vine-to-bottle production of the following wines:

>>> Crus de Domaines
