The quality system

Provins has a quality system that covers all of its activities. This system encompasses all of the firm’s processes regarding service and product quality, internal and external safety and the environment.

Provins is the first Swiss wine producer to have earned the threefold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000 accreditation, which certifies that the system in place fulfils the requirements of these two internationally recognised standards.

Traceability and food safety

Provins is capable of guaranteeing the total traceability of its products from the arrival of the grapes at one of the 8 harvest reception cellars through to the supply of the finished product to the customer, via the processes of cellaring, production, bottling and storage.

Environment

For Provins, safeguarding a healthy environment is essential ; so Provins has incorporated the environment into its corporate policy, in the same way as it has its relations with its members, employees and customers.
