The Espace Gourmet consists of a semi-professional kitchen for use by cateres and Provins partners. It is also fitted out to allow the organisation of cooking courses. The courses will emphasize food/wine pairings.
Surrounded by a chef of the region, you can gain new knowledge by associating gastronomy with wine. During the meal you can share your sensations and your culinary experiences with the other participants.
These courses, for a group of 6 to 12 people, take place in the evening.
