
Preparation
1.Sauteed Potato,Swiss Chard, Dry Porcini with Olive Oil,Salt Pepper to taste,Then mix with Parmesan Cheese,Filling in the Squid
2.Heat the pan, Sauteed Carrot, Onion , Celery with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Then put Squid, White Wine Tomato diced, Braised it untill tender,take out the Squid ,reduce the Sauce with dry Oregano, blender it.
3.Arrange the plate with simple garnish.
