Heida Chapitre 2017, Les Domaines, 92 points
Cellar master Damien Carruzzo's 2017 Heida Domaine du Chapitre de la Cathédrale opens with a ripe, intense pear and tropical fruit bouquet. From steep, south-facing terraces on calcareous schist soils below the village of Sion, and aged in amphorae, this is a full-bodied, rich, elegant and well-balanced Savagnin with persistent aromatic fruit and good underpinning acidity. The finish is salty, fresh and piquant, with lingering mineral character and remarkable finesse. A stunningly good wine from 20-year-old vines. Bottled in June 2018, tasted in January 2019.

Petite Arvine 2015, Les Titans91 points
From two blocks with vines averaging 27 years of age in Sion (calcareous schist soils) and Sierre (limestone soils), the 2015 Petite Arvine Grande Dixene Les Titans offers a clear, fresh and concentrated bouquet with grapefruit and tropical (pineapple) fruit aromas. Aged in old French barrels, this is a full, lush and elegant white with remarkable finesse and salinity. It's actually a lean and very stimulating style but is still powerful. The wine was aged for 20 months in a mountain cave at 2,200 meters above sea level. Bottled in May 2017, tasted in January 2019.

Petite Arvine 2017, Maître de Chais90 points
Produced since 1950 (as Petite Arvine Vieux Pays until 1995), the 2017 Petite Arvine Maître de Chais is sourced from top parcels between Fully and Sierre in the Valais. The vines grow on a mix of soils such as granite, limestone, loess and schist and are still young (10 to 20 years). Bottled in May last year, the 2017 offers a clear, elegant and fruity bouquet of ripe white fruits such as pears. Round, piquant and fresh on the palate, this is a full-bodied and stimulatingly fresh Arvine with good length and mineral grip. Really stimulating but powerful. In any case, it's better balanced and vivacious than the corresponding Tourbillon from much older vines. Still very young, I'd keep the wine for at least 5-7 years. Tasted January 2019

Petite Arvine Tourbillon 2017, Les Domaines88 points
The 2017 Petite Arvine Domaine de la Tourbillon offers a clear, elegant and very aromatic, somewhat buttery bouquet of ripe pears and tropical fruits. Full-bodied, rich and round, with good structure but lots of power and some bitterness on the finish, this is a full-bodied but still elegant crowd-pleaser with good grip and length. Bottled in June 2018; tasted in January 2019. The Domaine Tourbillon has belonged to the bishop of the diocese of Sion since the 13th century. Provins has processed the grapes of the estate since 1939.
